About us
We are Adventure Travel daredevils organizing Adventures worldwide - from a hike right here in the forests of Cēsis to an expedition in the Amazon rainforest. Some Adventures are easy with a bit of comfort, but some are downright crazy, where the only comfort is a modest amount of toilet paper or a bucket to wash up.
We consider ourselves Adventure professionals and spend our daily lives in nature, which is why we have an "Adventure Embassy" in Cēsis, so we can be closer to nature and be in the forest in a beautiful spot after a 5-minute bike ride.
We've been into Adventures and various non-standard trips for a long time, and we decided to offer anyone interested to join, thus becoming the first in Latvia to start organizing and offering Adventure trips to a wider audience, making them accessible to anyone who wants to break out of daily comfort and see the world from a slightly different perspective, not through the window of a fancy hotel or a comfy modern bus.
Our Adventures aren't for everyone, and that's perfectly normal because we're all different. We each have our own interests, and they don't always align, so we try to be as straightforward as possible in our descriptions, so you can understand if our Adventures suit you or if we're not quite on the same path. Our main goal isn't to sell an Adventure to just anyone, but to offer them to those who might enjoy it.
In Adventures, we try to offer the most authentic environment possible, and it's usually not what you see in fancy catalogs or tourism brochures. It's through local eyes, riding in a slightly rickety bus that might have last seen a technical inspection before Christ was born, it's through local food that's INSANELY delicious despite making our food safety folks' eyes pop, it's in local accommodations where a bucket replaces a shower, a screen replaces a door, and as long as it doesn't rain on your head, the roof is just fine :)
Not everything is that wild - there are Adventures where we try to live in comfort and enjoy a white toilet instead of a hole in the ground, but we focus more on Adventures because memories and stories are made from emotions and stepping out of your comfort zone. Adventure begins where the comfort zone ends.
One of our craziest Adventures, where we ride tuk-tuks in India, has been made into a documentary film "With Tuk-Tuks in India," which was shown in October 2020 at Forum Cinemas and other theaters across Latvia, but you can now watch it on the Go3 platform. It's a film that best reflects our essence and activities. It's a film that shows our Adventures happen without filters and censorship. We know how to party at a local club, respect local culture, and bring joy to some of you.
